Fertility Coaching: 60 minutes

£130.00

An expanded 60 minute fertility coaching (also known as fertility doula therapy) with Justine Evans ND, Hormone Alchemist and fertility expert to discuss your reproductive health and/or fertility journey.  Whilst the 30 minute fertility coaching may support some, a 60 minute fertility coaching session supports many couples or  individuals who are  “knee deep” in their reproductive health journey or need to discuss some matters in depth.

Please note fertility coaching does not include nutritional support (please book at fertility mot for this!).  Nothing is off limits (apart from personalised nutrition) but I am often asked to support matters relating to

  • Your fertility journey
  • Support via questions and answers relating to  any of your current concerns – including assisted conception procedures, laboratory test results, how to proceed with assisted conception (positives and negatives of the procedures), UK or abroad; genetics testing, NHS support and the postcode lottery, GP support etc
  • Which complementary/alternative therapies  may be suitable for you, why and when they can be used.
  • Post miscarriage support – what’s available
  • sub-clinical, secondary and definitions for “infertility”
  • Coping with the stress and emotional burden of the fertility or reproductive health issues
  • General advice and care including naturopathic guidance
