I first experienced Reiki during a period of hardship. My homeopath was also a Reiki Master and gave me a treatment. It was amazing – I felt relaxed, calm and peaceful………..This was the beginning of my Reiki journey and I can honestly say that Reiki has now become a way of life for me. Reiki is not a religion – it is a wonderful Energy source and you may either just “receive it” through a treatment or if you are inclined you may also be attuned to it. As a Reiki Master/Teacher I offer treatments and attunements. Treatments – both fertility and pregnancy are available on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, plus some Saturdays. My next attunement date is Sunday 16th November in Hampton Hill.
Reiki 1: 10:00 am – 5pm. £150, 10 am – 5pm (approx) – Next attunement is this Sunday 16th November!!
The Reiki I attunement begins your personal and healing journey using Reiki. This 1 day attunement and workshop introduces you Reiki , explain its history, teaches you about its wisdom and abilities and attunes you to the 1st symbols which support self-healing. The day includes chakra theory, protection, self-healing using Reiki and includes a treatment on each other. I include lunch, manual and certificate. Meditations are included.
I visited Justine Evans for Reiki over three years ago after suffering from severe emotional stress for many years. Once you have been attuned to Reiki 1 you can go onto the next level Reiki II Practitioner Level : 10:00 am – 5pm 2 days. £200
Reiki II attunement: (2 days plus case studies to receive certification) Once you feel ready and have the desire to learn more, the Reiki Level II course will be the next step, which takes you to practitioner level and will include: Recap on Reiki history, Initiation into the three sacred Reiki Level II symbols and The Reiki level II attunement, World Peace, The Reiki Grid, Distance healing and techniques for automatic and group healing. I ask you to complete 10 case studies to receive Professional Certification.
New for 2015 – you can also be attuned on retreat in an idyllic cedar wood lodge in Osmington, Dorset. Enjoy mindful meditations, beautiful food and the workshop plus attunement in wonderful surroundings. Accommodation and food provided. Add £100 to the cost to make it all inclusive.
Reiki III/Master/Teacher: (10am – 5pm 4 days £500)
Once you have become accustomed to working as a Reiki II practitioner you can continue to train and become a Reiki III/Master and Teacher. The first two days (Reiki III/Master) initiates an additional 4 Master symbols which significantly increases your personal energy as well as enabling you to assist others to re-discover their own gift of Reiki and includes additional advanced Reiki techniques. A month later we meet for another 2 days – to train at “ Teacher level”. You learn how to give Reiki attunements, how to teach Reiki and learn psychic surgery in addition to other advanced techniques. Lunch, workbooks and Certification provided .
Reiki III Master/Teachers attunement can also be offered in the idyllic cedar wood lodge at Osmington, Dorset. Travel down for 4 nights and enjoy the final attunement in retreat – beautiful food, accommodation and the full 4 days workshop plus attunement in wonderful surroundings. Add £150 to the attunement cost to make it all inclusive .
So how can it help you with fertility?
Reiki does not have any contra-indications so is helpful during your whole fertility journey. It seems to help people remain positive – this could be when you are trying to conceive, during assisted conception procedures and even during the “2 week wait” that so many people struggle with. It nurtures your mind, helps to warm the womb and release any past trauma that you may be holding on to – consciously or unconsciously. By understanding the philosophy attached to Reiki it helps you to live in the present and let go of the past, accept the beauty of your life and enjoy each and every day.
