Consultations:

After contact you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. Please complete and return to me via e-mail prior to our appointment, this enables “research” time. I ask that you bring any supplements or medication you may be taking to the consultation, together with copies of any laboratory or medical tests results. The initial consultation takes approximately 1.5 hours and is necessary to understand the underlying cause of your ill-health, your goals and aspirations. My aim is to provide a suitable nutrition and naturopathic programme specifically designed for you.

Follow up consultations are recommended – these can be “in house”, via Skype or telephone providing appropriate.

All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
