Instructions: In the first column write your answers to the first contemplative question, the central column provides “guidance to explore” and the third column provides a space to write your intentions for this month’s moon cycle. You are welcome to print off the template “Present Situation” and repeat the practice each month to bring clarity and help you achieve your dream of having a baby.
Let us begin
Turn off the lights, light a candle and bathe in or anoint some Creation Essence to help you relax. When you are ready to give time to yourself sit in a quiet room. We will begin with a meditation. Please have a pen and the template or a piece of paper ready. Sit or lie in a comfortable position with your back straight. Close your eyes and become aware of your body. Connect deeply and slowly with your toes, legs, thighs, torso, arms, neck, face and then crown. Exhale with the sound AAHHHH as you release stress and frustration – just breathe them right out of your body. Repeat this process three times. Make sure you are feeling relaxed. Now listen to this grounding meditation before you complete the questions below:
Contemplation 1. Where am I /we on our fertility journey? Am I ready to conceive?
Be as honest as you can here but keep it short. Here are a few suggestions as an example:
Just started womb bleed again – we are trying to conceive
post failed assisted conception or miscarriage
It is unexplained but I/we are stressed
I have low AMH and age is against me – I would like to conceive naturally but feel assisted conception is my only option
Contemplation 2. How can I/we support the situation and be ready to conceive?
Now you have identified your situation how can you help yourself? It is time to consider your options. Download and complete Present Situation template to help you but if you prefer just use your pen and pencil to make notes. In the central column highlight the areas that you could explore or add our own ideas/thoughts to my suggestions. This exercise may include areas that you haven’t explored yet or maybe a thought resonates deep inside and this exercise helps you hear your inner guidance and identify areas you could research or consider this month. In the third column write your intentions to support your chance of conceiving.
Here is an example as to how you could work: Recent miscarriage post assisted conception -> follow up appointment booked with NHS hospital in 8 weeks ->consider fertility coaching to identify questions to ask hospital and prepare for pregnancy once more, (consider signature treatments and fertility nutrition to regain hormone balance, make friends with your womb and remain positive. A home format for this would be working with the Creation Fertility Toolkit) . Plant your seeds (by setting your intentions), follow your plan and become ready to conceive over the next few months.
