Finally here is a wonderful pranayama mindful breathing meditation from my beautiful friend Muriel Mueller.
Meditation is, in my opinion essential to support hormone balance and fertility. Simply by finding time to become still it is possible to reduce cortisol and adrenal output which in turn supports your reproductive and endocrine health. There are so many forms of meditation, mindfulness such as colouring or making something creative or even yoga asana i.e. movement. Next comes visualisation meditation which takes you on a journey via word. Pranayama meditation which focuses on breathwork; chant, mantra or kriya meditation which connects with sound. Find the one that works for you and make time for it daily!
Before I leave you to listen to the meditations here are some upcoming workshops you may be interested in and some additional meditations and yoga practices.
