Justine Evans

Professional Natural Health Practitioner (1997), qualified Nutritional Therapist and Food Sensitivity and Health Screening Clinician.

Statistics indicate that, for multi-factoral reasons, the ability to procreate is declining whilst learning difficulties, mental illness and physical health issues are increasing in both children and adults. I find this alarming, and, as a mother of two, am concerned, not only for our own our health, but that of our future generations. I passionately believe that to achieve optimum fertililty and good health we must consider the whole being and work “in balance”. I devise individual programmes from a naturopathic perspective, integrating diagnostic testing with nutritional science and holistic therapy. I am a great believer in self-help and empower my patients through workshops in meditation, massage, reflexology and nutrition. The Creation Programme begins with pre-conception, extends into fertility, including assisted conception procedures and infertility, and continues through pregnancy and birth. Postnatally, my practice treats infants, children, adolescents and adults.

The Creation Programme has developed over a period of 12 years and is based on scientific reasoning and practical experience. Whilst no two patients present exactly the same issues, I have worked with many couples to achieve a healthy conception, fulfilling pregnancy and birth experience.

I am a member of The British Association of Nutritional Therapy, The Infertility Network, The Children’s Trust Network, Complementary Therapists Health Association and an Embody Professional. I am an affiliated member of The Nourish Fertility Programme and registered Foresight Pre-conception Practitioner.

If we are to be effective we need optimum health. To achieve this we must be prepared to “listen to our bodies”. Mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health requires self-care and understanding. These acts of self-love are essential to our wellbeing.
